An indie author support network
𝐓𝐈𝐊 𝐓𝐎𝐊 is a newer platform that authors didn't realize we needed in our toolkit. Instead we took this new platform at face value - a fun app that can leave to inspiration or eye candy but not a tool to generate readers.
Many indie authors have found an increase in sales, readers, followers and this platform working for them even better than FB or IG in their entire career. So where the hell do you start? Well, sign up. Play with it, record videos showcasing your books or pages from your books, follow some authors, get in on a getaway, use hashtags, decide if you want a business profile or not AND monitor the success!
Here is what I have learned from the new platform:
ＢＡＳＩＣＳ [ 60 Second Videos ] ✦ Can be a mix of images and/or video ✦ Editing in app allows you to trim
[ Music or Sound Lay Over ] ✦ There are author specific voice overs that you can save to your favorites by seeing it on another video.
[ Filters ] ✦ Transition, filters (color changing effects), filters and/or sound.
[ Data ] ✦ Followers, views and likes.

[ Personal ] ✦ Defaulted once signed up ✦ No links in bio ✦ Music unlimited
