✦ Google DOCS is pretty explainable BUT the best advantage is the automatic saving feature. No losing anything you write if you don't using writing specific applications.
✦ Google SHEETS is absolutely needed to host release parties, take overs or parties on you pages.
✦ Sharing features allow you to share with specific users like your PA or fellow authors
